Tm - Choose your Parents
Simple, really.
Django and Marya Maximoff.

Your parents are the ones who nuture you from when you are born, raise you up to be the adults they want you to become, and teach you how to deal with and understand this world.
Django and Marya loved the twins they were given. Wanda and me. Two infants born into a world that would come to hate them not for who we were (that would come later), but just for what we are.
But the two gypsies just saw innocent babies. Two fragile beings that they could love and care for. A little girl who they could teach to run, dance, and sing. A little boy who could maybe do tricks or build things. Children who could see the differences in the world and understand that no being is greater than the next. That the strongest creature on the face of the planet was the one who knew how to love.
My parents taught me this, and when I found out they were not the ones who were responsible for bringing me onto this planet... seeing that they loved Wanda and me even when we began to show that we were different... evolved...
It made me love them all the more. And that is why I will always be Pietro MAXIMOFF.
I may be the son of Magneto. But that is by blood. My heritage, my roots, are from the Maximoff line - Romanian gypsies. And that is who I will forever be.
Django and Marya are my parents, and I would never trade them for anything.
